Place your Scent Stems of choice into the bespoke metal vessel, ensuring
it's placed on a flat surface away from open windows or vents. After 30 days,
or a time of your choosing, swap out the Scent Stems for a new set.

  • Most parcels will arrive within 2-3 working days, but rural deliveries can take a little longer

Returns

  • We are unable to offer returns/exchanges for Sale or discounted items
  • Returns must be received within 30 day of purchase date
  • If the item is not faulty, return shipping is at your cost
  • Return the item in it's original condition with proof of purchase
  • Once your return is approved, we'll issue your replacement, refund or store credit
