Shipping & Delivery – Studio Matakana

We’re proud to offer fast, reliable delivery across New Zealand — whether you're shopping from across the country or just down the road in Matakana.

📦 Nationwide Shipping
We use trusted tracked courier services to safely deliver your orders.
Please note: we can only deliver to physical addresses — unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Once your order and payment have been received, you’ll get a confirmation email from us straight away.

🚚 Order Dispatch
•    Weekdays before 2pm: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm are packed and shipped the same day from our Matakana store
•    After 2pm, weekends, or public holidays: Orders are sent the next working day
•    Delivery Timeframe: Most parcels arrive within 2–3 working days, but rural deliveries may take a little longer
As soon as your parcel is on the move, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your order’s journey.

🛍️ Click & Collect – Matakana Store Pickup
Prefer to collect in person? Select “Pick Up In Store” at checkout.
•    Orders are usually ready same day. Call the store if under urgency
•    You’ll receive an email when it’s ready to collect
•    Pickup is available daily between 9:30am – 4:00pm

💰 Flat Rate Shipping Across NZ
We keep shipping simple and affordable:
•    Free delivery on orders over $100 NZD
•    Flat rates apply to orders under $100:

North Island – Rural/Islands    $12.50
South Island – Urban    $12.50
South Island – Rural/Islands    $17.50

📝 Other Info
•    We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment
•    Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel is ready to go
