Shipping policy

We offer tracked delivery throughout New Zealand, with free shipping on orders of $75 or more. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Matakana store.

Nationwide Shipping

We deliver to residential, business, rural and PO Box addresses throughout New Zealand using trusted delivery services.

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

Order Dispatch & Delivery

Weekdays before 2pm: We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on the same working day.

After 2pm, weekends and public holidays: Orders are generally dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery timeframe: Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Rural and PO Box deliveries may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Click & Collect – Matakana Store

Prefer to collect your order? Simply select Pick Up In Store at checkout.

Orders are usually ready for collection the same day during store hours. You'll receive an email when your order is ready.

New Zealand Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all New Zealand orders of $75 or more.

For orders under $75, the following rates apply:

North Island – Urban: $8.00

North Island – Rural: $13.00

South Island – Urban: $15.00

South Island – Rural: $20.00

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

For orders under $75, please select Rural Delivery at checkout if your address is classified as rural.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside New Zealand, please contact us at contact@studiomatakana.co.nz for a shipping quote.

International shipping costs depend on the destination, parcel size and weight.
