• We offer free delivery on orders over $100
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Pick up is available from our Matakana store - select this option at checkout
• Most parcels will arrive within 2-3 working days, but rural deliveries can take a little longer

Returns

• We are unable to offer returns/exchanges for Sale or discounted items
• Returns must be received within 30 day of purchase date
• If the item is not faulty, return shipping is at your cost
• Return the item in it's original condition with proof of purchase
• Once your return is approved, we'll issue your replacement, refund or store credit
